i don't do fast food

i publish new dishes each friday evening for order by 7pm the following tuesday and collection between 3:30pm and 6:30pm from enterprise park, or 1pm to 4pm or 6pm - 8pm from baskerville's, whiting street, on the following friday. alternatively we can arrange for your order to be delivered to you 4 - 6pm on friday afternoons by our delivery partners ecoCarriers at a small addition cost.

while I will try and accommodate all orders, quantities may be limited, but if you have your order confirmed, you will receive your dishes.

it's all plant based

whilst i consider myself 'vegan' i do not feel the need for a label.  the fact is all my food is plant based and is not prepared with any meat or dairy related products or components.

hopefully you will agree that cutting out meat and dairy doesn't mean sacrificing flavour or texture and is also a more healthy option and a win for the environment too.

large or small dishes

each dish is for one person.

small dishes are lunch sized or a light supper, large dishes are plenty for your biggest meal of the day.

allergens & gluten free

where allergens are used, details are shown under the 'allergens' tab on the dish detail.  when you get your dish, allergens will appear in bold on the ingredients label too.

all dishes are vegan, but where they are also gluten free this will also be mentioned on the dish detail page (under the image).

i use ingredients such as wheat and nuts in some of my recipes. i would ask you contact nomnomnosh if you have any concerns about cross contamination.

my food is prepared in a kitchen that occasionally handles some dairy and meat products, but all ingredients will be stored separately from any domestic items, and all surfaces thoroughly cleaned and sanitised.

recycled packaging

no single use plastic; we only use packaging that can be recycled or composted on principle. most is actually made from recycled materials so doesn't that make you feel better.....

the containers are suitable for use in a microwave but not in an oven. they are also suitable for freezing, however once defrosted please check the rigidity of the container before re-heating in a microwave. you may have to transfer contents to an alternative pot. i think this is a small price to pay to avoid single use plastic - i hope you agree!
