Just in case you didn't know, there is currently a BTGOF! Buy two, get one free. Buy two frozen large dishes and get a free soup! For added intrigue and mystery the soup will be a lucky dip! This is a limited offer while stocks last so don't delay!

Unlike fresh dishes, frozen stock can be ordered up to noon each thursday ready for collection or delivery on the friday. Collection points and delivery options as normal! Why not pop a few frozen treats in your freezer?

COOKERY DEMO AT NEPTUNE, BURY ST EDMUNDS

7 May 10.30am – 4.30pm by yours truly!

I will be cooking up a storm in one of Neptune's demo kitchens. No need to book, please come and say Hi, and there will be samples for you try.
