Let's be honest, time is precious and time when the sun shines is even more so. It really would be a shame to waste those golden rays slaving away in your kitchen, so why not let me make your food for you? This superfood salad is like sunshine for your belly - packed full of nutrients and high in protein you will be glowing from the inside out!
I'm going to share a little secret with you, if you would like a wrap or a pancake but are trying to cut down on your carbs, here is how to make them with lentils! All you need are:
one cup of red lentils
2 cups of water
spices of your choice
soak the lentils in the water for an hour, then blend with spices (I use ground cumin,
turmeric and a little chilli)
heat a pan at a medium temperature with a small amount of oil
pour batter and cook like a pancake turning once
These are amazing, brilliant piled high with a salad, or used as a wrap. They are thicker than wraps and very filling.....
