WARMING AUTUMN SOUPS AND STEWS ARE COMING! and a date for your diary......

Dear nomnomnoshers, it's good to be back! I trust you are topped up with light, love and vitamin D. As sad as I am that the summer has come to an end, I also look forward to delicious autumn and winter foods - soups, stews and sticky puddings.

New on the menu this week is this yummy black bean stew with sweet potato and butternut squash. It has a scrumptious mix of herbs and spices, is laden with plant protein and comes on a bed of nutty wholegrain rice. Bit of a win for mind, body and the planet!

The next not posh nosh supper club hosted at Baskerville's on Whiting Street will be on Thursday 13 October, 7pm. Tickets can be booked through their website or by clicking here: Tickets are £25 and for this you will be served 3 delicious courses of nomnomnosh plant based food and a welcome drink on arrival. Spaces are limited so don't delay!

As the weather becomes more chilly I guess many will start to be more concerned about how much gas and electricity we use. This is where nomnomnosh comes to the rescue as I do all the home cooking bit for you and all that is needed is a microwave re-heat by you.

That's me for now, more onions to chop and recipes to try.
