Wow! so many onions!!

If you see me crying I promise it's the onions! I have just completed day one of nomnomnosh cooking ready for collection tomorrow. There will be more to do in the morning, but thankfully no onions! The next set of delicious dishes have been chosen (no spoilers!) and I am planning when I can start to add some sweet treats for you all.

I guess I never believed that one day I would be cooking for a living, it was always a bit of a dream. I feel very fortunate at this late stage in my life (58 years young) to have the chance to re-invent myself. I have been sorting out business insurance and had to describe myself as a chef!! How I laughed......
