returns, cancellations & refunds
i do not offer returns, for obvious reasons, unless the food is faulty. it will be your responsibility to transport items from the collection point at an appropriate temperature and store items correctly thereafter.
cancellations are possible, though clearly these are best avoided.
cancellations made after 7pm on tuesdays will be refunded (less a £2 admin fee per item) BUT ONLY IF THE DISH CAN BE FROZEN FOR RESALE AT A LATER DATE
if a dish cannot be frozen a refund of 40% will be made. i am a small business and cannot absorb the cost of customers changing their mind unless there are exceptional circumstances.
failure to collect your order
as previously stated, collection of your order will be on fridays 3:30pm to 6:30pm. unless previously arranged, if you fail to collect your order the following will apply:-
ITEMS UNABLE TO BE FROZEN will be given away or disposed.
ITEMS THAT ARE FREEZABLE will be frozen and kept for you for an agreed period of time as arranged within 1 week of the original collection date.
